Before you send
What photos do you need for the preliminary assessment?
The whole item front and back, a close-up of the signature and, if there are any, stamps, marks or labels. In natural light, without flash or filters, and showing the full edge of the paper.
Does the preliminary assessment cost anything?
It costs €25, which is deducted from the price of the certificate if you decide to go ahead. I tell you whether the item can be certified and which option suits you, and send you a fixed quote.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or PayPal. You receive the payment details when you accept the quote. The fee pays for the examination: if the signature does not pass the analysis, no certificate is issued.
What do you do with my photos and data?
I use them only for your quote and your certificate. They are not published or passed on. More details in the privacy policy.
